Bourgogne Aligoté -

Regional AOC produced in all of Burgundy, in terms of our vineyards in the commune of Meursault, on fertile ground and rustic which is not suitable for growing Pinot Chardonnay or Black. Our Bourgogne Aligote is a white wine with freshness, suitable as an aperitif par excellence in nature or associated with blackcurrant liquor from Dijon named “Kir”.

Nose :  The aromas of grape and apple are lively and announce a lot of freshness in the mouth.

Palate :  The mouth is very fragrant in the yellow fruit, apricot and peach, and low in tannin, with light notes of citrus.

Temperature :  8°-10° C

Gourmet agreement :  An appetizer by adding a cream fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry, bush peach) or as an accompaniment to cold salads.

Aging potential :  From today and to drink in 2-4 years.
