Nose :  The nose is open with notes of citrus characteristics of white wines of Puligny. It is fragrant with aromas of mango, fresh honey and vanilla.

Palate :  The wood is smooth and subtle with fruity notes. Aging in French oakcasks provides a touch of almonds and hazelnuts, and gives a broad and generous structure. The mouth is thin due to the flexibility and pure minerality of this wine angular.

Gourmet agreement :  Crustaceans, seafood and fish, St. Jacques with lentils, fresh goat cheese.
