Appellation in the center of the Côte de Beaune, located on a limestone floor instead, giving a majority of red wines. Aromas of raspberry and undergrowth, and a good structure are characteristic of red wines Auxey-Duresses. Our exquisite, velvety wine has intense ruby.

Nose :  The nose has scents of ripe red fruit mingled pleasantly with chocolate notes.

Palate :  The mouth is rustic with raspberry and currant aromas and soft tannins. Firmness and long finish are characteristic of a fine local wine.

Temperature :  15°-16°C

Gourmet agreement :  It goes perfectly with the veal chops in sauce, roasted guinea fowl, cheese cloth.

Aging potential :  To open in 2-5 years, or to keep until 10 years.
