This wine is located in the centre of Côte de Beaune, and situated on a calcareous soil given mainly to red wines. A perfumed nose of raspberries and earthy tones, this wine has a good structure and typical characteristics of Auxey Duresses, whilst showing off its intense ruby colour.

Gourmet agreement :  goes great with veal cooked in a light sauce, roasted guinea fowl or light cheese

Aging potential :  to start drinking in 2 - 5 years and can keep up to 10 years depending on the vintage
