AOC approved (allowed to be produced anywhere in Burgundy) Our vines for Bourgogne Blanc are located in the Meursault region from a calcareous soil. The originality of this Bourgogne Blanc is an indication of the complexity of the ‘terroir’ complementing a beautiful palate of aromas at a reasonable price.

Nose :  The wine has a very open and fiery nose infused of burnt wood mixed with vanilla extracts and roasted chestnuts.

Palate :  Mineral and delicate; concentrated characteristics of mainly fresh fruit like peach and pear.

Temperature :  8°-10° C

Gourmet agreement :  Similar to an Aligoté best served as an ‘apéritif’ with a ‘crème de cassis’ blackcurrant. Eat with a white turkey salad drizzled with walnut oil or simply with a freshwater fish.

Aging potential :  4-5 years depending on time of harvest and vintage
