Appellation 1er Cru Côte de Beaune, located on a stony soil that gives it its name, adjacent to the place called "charm" and the vineyards of Puligny. This renowned climate allows us to produce a wine rich and seductive perfume combining finesse and evocative ending with notes of chestnuts.

Soil :  Stony soil near old underground quarries that have allowed the construction of village.

Place :  Parcel adjacent to the Meursault 1er Cru "Les Charmes " on the upper slope of the hill, Côte de Beaune.

Col.our :  Bright pale yellow with glints of amber.

Nose :  Mineral and spicy notes of pepper and anise, nose combines finesse, power and structure with aromas of honey and almond croissants. Its scent is delicious and very evocative.

Palate :  The palate is mineral and evokes both the dry and soft on the fruit ripe. This sumptuous wine of great complexity and opens with notes of roasted chestnuts.

Temperature :  13°-14° C

Gourmet agreement :  It is very comfortable on the deer sauce, foie gras, lobster or lobster and big fish of the sea.
