From the Côte de Beaune region this wine is produced from a rich clay soil. From the Chardonnay grape our Meursault Village has mineral characteristics as well as the buttery and fruity complexity; a sensual style given from the intense aromas of a ripe grape.

Nose :  Explosive flavours, with originality and freshness. Scents of rose, apricot, and exotic fruits - very original.

Palate :  very delicate, yet as aromatic as the nose. A volatile and elegant wine.

Temperature :  12°-14° C

Gourmet agreement :  Best with a sweet and sour dish like a ginger infused curry. For the sweet tooth - an apricot French dessert called a ‘clafoutis’ - which is like a flan pie.

Aging potential :  Drink now or keep up to 8 - 10 years depending on the harvest
