Appellation in southern Côte de Beaune, our vines are attached to the climate of Puligny classified Grand Crus. Red earth and clay pebbles (explaining the name of this place called) are in the ground. Notre 1er Cru is a delicate, gold-tinted white, with hints of mocha and lovely fruity nuances, with a mouth moist and fresh.

Temperature :  10°-12° C

Gourmet agreement :  With freshwater fish like perch, sole, trout on a jelly or a hot-cold quail.

Aging potential :  It is a great wine you can drink now, and it will flourish with age, up to 12 years and over ...
